Membership Terms

This Membership Terms applies specifically to participants enrolled in any recurring membership program offered by Untangled
By enrolling in a membership program, you agree to the following additional terms.
1. Membership Structure
Membership may include:
• Live group coaching calls
• Educational trainings
• Downloadable materials
• Community discussion access
• Replays of recorded sessions
• Ongoing professional development resources
Untangled reserves the right to modify content, speakers, scheduling, or delivery format as needed.
2. Recurring Billing and Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Untangled to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected at enrollment).
• Payments are billed automatically.
• Failed payments may result in suspended access.
• Members are responsible for keeping payment information current.
Untangled reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time unless otherwise specified in a fixed-term agreement.
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing or through the designated cancellation method.
• Cancellation stops future billing.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
If membership includes a minimum commitment period, early termination policies will apply as stated at enrollment.
4. Access to Materials
Membership access is granted only while membership is active.
• Access to live calls and community platforms ends upon cancellation.
• Access to recorded content may be revoked upon cancellation unless lifetime access was specifically included.
Materials may not be downloaded, redistributed, or shared without written permission.
5. Community Conduct
Members agree to:
• Maintain professionalism and respect
• Protect confidentiality in case discussions
• Avoid sharing identifying client information
• Avoid offering clinical advice outside scope
Untangled reserves the right to remove members who:
• Violate confidentiality
• Engage in harassment or disruptive behavior
• Misrepresent credentials
• Attempt to use the platform as supervision
Removal for conduct violations does not guarantee a refund.
6. Educational Nature of Membership
Membership content is educational and consultative.
It does not:
• Constitute clinical supervision
• Provide licensure hours
• Create a supervisory relationship
• Establish a therapist-client relationship
Members remain fully responsible for obtaining board-approved supervision.
7. No Emergency Consultation
Membership participation does not provide emergency consultation or crisis response.
In urgent clinical situations, members must contact:
• Their assigned supervisor
• Their site
• Emergency services as appropriate
8. Intellectual Property
All membership materials, recordings, downloads, and frameworks remain the property of Untangled.
Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or recording of live calls is prohibited without written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Outcomes
Untangled does not guarantee:
• Licensure success
• Internship performance outcomes
• Employment opportunities
• Clinical competency levels
Professional growth depends on individual effort, supervision, and training.
10. Agreement
By enrolling in the membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Membership Terms Addendum and the general Terms and Conditions of Untangled.
