Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Shelley Coaching. By accessing this website or enrolling in any coaching service, training, or program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions Untangled is a professional development and mentorship business separate from Bluebird Counseling.
1. Nature of Services
Untangled provides professional development, mentorship, and educational training for counseling interns and graduate students.
Services may include:
• Group coaching
• Educational trainings
• Professional development workshops
• Case conceptualization discussion
• Community membership programs
These services are educational and consultative in nature.
Untangled does not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or clinical supervision.
2. No Clinical Supervision
By enrolling in services, you acknowledge:
• Dr. Shelley is not acting as your LPC Supervisor of Record.
• Participation does not fulfill any state licensure supervision requirements.
• No supervision hours will be signed, verified, or endorsed.
• You remain fully responsible for securing board-approved supervision through your assigned supervisor.
Coaching services do not create a supervisory or therapist-client relationship.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for:
• All clinical decisions
• Treatment planning and documentation
• Ethical and legal compliance
• Crisis management
• Consultation with their assigned supervisor
Untangled is not liable for clinical outcomes or supervisory decisions.
4. Confidentiality in Group Settings
Participants agree to:
• Maintain confidentiality of other members
• Remove identifying information from case discussions
• Uphold HIPAA and ethical standards
Untangled cannot guarantee confidentiality of information shared by other participants in group environments.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for services are disclosed at the time of enrollment.
• Payment is due prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated.
• Refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
• Missed sessions may not be refundable unless specified.
Untangled reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Untangled
including:
• Training materials
• Workbooks
• Videos
• Graphics
• Curriculum content
are the intellectual property of Untangled
.
Materials may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Untangled makes no guarantees regarding:
• Licensure approval
• Academic success
• Internship placement
• Employment outcomes
• Clinical competency level
Individual results vary based on effort, training, supervision, and personal circumstances.
8. Technology Disclaimer
Untangled is not responsible for:
• Internet disruptions
• Platform outages
• Participant device malfunctions
Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate technology access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelley Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.
Participants agree to hold Shelley Coaching harmless for decisions made within their own clinical practice.
10. Termination of Participation
Untangled reserves the right to terminate participation if a participant:
• Violates professional ethics
• Breaches confidentiality
• Engages in disruptive or inappropriate conduct
• Misrepresents credentials
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
